Utilizing data to make decisions in organizations guarantees impartial allocation of resources and effective problem-solving. It promotes cooperation among individuals with different viewpoints, acting as a shared means of communication. Open and clear transmission of evidence fosters trust and responsibility, bridging gaps between different ideologies and cultures (Rahman et al., 2022). Agility is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge, and making decisions based on data enables quick trend discovery, strategy evaluation, and performance optimization.
