The way of peoples’ beliefs does not usually coincide with the nature of such putting trust into somebody due to his/her charismatic character. Charisma in a man does not mean to its extent the complexity of good traits of character in contrast with other individuals. The thing is that many people owing to just visual and verbal surveys tend to admire those people attempting to realize someone’s beliefs and hopes which appear to be outstanding at the moment. It concerns the fact that many people entrust the officials while they make their goals as for social, economic and political relations public. The thing is that under suchlike words the selfish motives can be distinctively pointed out, which, in return, may cause a disappointment in this or that candidate and the program which was described during the election campaign. The paper is dedicated to the evaluation of ethical approach dealing with the morality and transparency of individuals’ nature when taking responsibility for something.
The way of providing relations with people and communities is a great mastership when urging to make such things better. Public opinion subdues the diversity of tastes and preferences which are individual for everyone. That is why in business ethics several principles prop up against the concept of morale and conscientious outlook on features significant for life. When looking at the manners of a person responsible for a group of people in a large company it is obvious to mention such factors as integrity, self-esteem, and a high level of responsibility which should be contemplated with a leader. Sometimes the characters of weighty figures within society can be predicted logically, but every bean has its black. The human factor is rather motivated for gaining as more profits as possible.
Morality and ethics have mutual ability to force upon the actions of an individual due to his/her living in the society. This fact presupposes that people of moral character have credibility to save the good values under various circumstances. The positive effect coming from suchlike people can be derived from the experience and wisdom obtained for years. The ethical theory and its egoistic approach prescribe a mere desire of individuals to achieve their own happiness and consider it to be the main profit of their lives (Burgess-Jackson, 2003). Thus, the relations between the ethical theory and moral character are represented in individuals due to their reciprocal connection in decision-making mechanism and the way of speaking and acting as well. Here comes a fair issue of rightness and wrongness of everything concerned with an individual taking part in social affairs and in public relations too. (Pickett, 2006) Both approaches in ethical theory, namely teleological and deontological are connected due to the concept of egoism in attitudinal coloring of individuals while maintaining relationships with other human beings. Consequent and non-consequent features which differ two approaches in ethical theory promote unrestrained strive of all individuals feeling a wealth of opportunities which can be obtained by virtues of tactical dialogue with a community to persuade the leadership positions while urging to reach the goal.
Thus, the ethical theory provides a survey on the social relations and attitudinal approaches of public officials, who operate with the teleontological or deontological ways of their program or campaign promotion are taught to relate an improvised sense of morale in their speeches with constructive ways of problems’ solution. Above all these there is a lack of concrete actions, as a result, though, everything inactions of officials may seem to bear specifically personal character.
