In this case, achieving the correct division of duties and efficient work of units is possible.

The human resources of a medical organization, i.e., its employees, are in constant motion performing such functions as hiring, personnel transfer, temporary disability, or promotion. The clinic’s staff is heterogeneous and grouped by education, length of service, qualifications, age category, and positions. The following indicators characterize the organization’s personnel movement: the intensity of turnover, the coefficient of constancy, and the coefficient of staff turnover (Pieper et al., 2022). The number of human resources in a medical organization depends on the clinic’s scale, labor intensity, and specific job responsibilities and is determined by the legislative framework and staffing.

First of all, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Sarah’s situation. It is important to obtain complete information from employees and stakeholders. For disseminating information, an important aspect will also be identifying all stakeholders who need to be aware. In this situation, these are, first of all, all the people with whom Sarah was in contact: the clinic staff and patients. People who visited a medical facility but have already left may also be at risk, so it makes sense to call them and invite them for an examination. All data should be analyzed, and a report generated based on them.

In this situation, an important aspect will be the study of old experiences. Management should look for similar situations that may have occurred previously in the archives. If the situation differs from the previous ones, a unique plan should be developed to solve the problem. It will be useful to create a special department that will not be tied to a specific area. Its task will be to conduct regular audits, report and collect information. Serious diseases that are easily transmitted, such as coronavirus or tuberculosis, should be well monitored and controlled. Reassignment of staff roles can be a good option that falls within the purview of the HR department.

People in every area of healthcare should establish appropriate precautions and preventive measures for safe communication. The Human Resources Department must coordinate all meetings at all levels to convey information to employees about easily transmitted diseases. This strategy can be confirmed by its implementation, allowing information to be disseminated as quickly and efficiently as possible (Wang & Wang, 2020). Thus, this can be one of the effective steps to achieve awareness among all stakeholders. Moreover, information on the prevention of morbidity in this way can be transmitted along the vertical of power and reach all levels of management. In addition, visiting employees’ homes to ascertain their health status can be an important measure. Thus, it will be possible to stop the epidemic at an early date if it starts. To develop different public health policies in the region, it is necessary to cooperate with government agencies and representatives who can help. This will significantly speed up the process and give it a more legitimate state character.

In conclusion, strategies to prevent the spread of disease are essential in healthcare settings. However, the consequences for different stakeholders in an outbreak such as tuberculosis can be different. Some people will benefit from hiding this information instead of divulging it to avoid justice and dismissal. In such cases, it is important to have approved norms that will not allow anyone to deviate from the plan or interfere with it. Residents visited by Sarah will need to be visited to inspect and take the necessary measures in case of infection. The inspection of the residents visited by Sarah should be taken as one of the first critical actions to prevent the spread of the disease. Because these people may not know they are infected, they are more dangerous because they will not take precautions to protect others.
