Specific Responsibilities: Result of Family Hierarchy

Each person has specific responsibilities which have various zones of influence. Some of them are the result of family hierarchy, while others are created due to cultural and social settings. I believe that we are all responsible for our loved ones and our community. It is no secret that our actions can offend another person or worsen the quality of their life, although no harm was initially expected. These processes originate in a personal emotional state, and a human can make rash decisions and aggravate the crisis because of stress (Faccini, 2017). My primary value in life is the balance between personal and family well-being, as for many years, I strive to help my family. Therefore, I believe in personal growth and extend my love and care to my family.

Family ties help me be a more reliable person. In a sense, I am the head of the family for advice, as my relatives often turn to me for help. Besides, I feel personally responsible for my elderly father, who can no longer adequately control his life and carry out his daily routine. For example, I closely monitor his health and arrange medical appointments and medication schedules if necessary. I feel that my family is grateful for my help, and I am happy that I can make their life more comfortable. Besides, I have wondered about who a good person is many times. There is no single answer, but these individuals are fulfilling their family needs and community responsibilities. The modern world is becoming more focused on progress and personal effectiveness in a career. It is an exciting process, but I do not want to pay less attention to my family. I will always take care of them and help them in any way.
