One of the traits that remains outstanding throughout the video is that employees motivation is vital in enhancing the productivity of any organization. In other words, if employees are well encouraged, they tend to be more productive, and the organization receives more feedback and positive reviews, which translates into increased sales. Different organizations use different strategies to persuade their employees to increase their productivity and positivity towards their duties.
One of the phases that ought to be implemented per the model is checking all the employees’ security. In most cases, employees need safety at work to be productive. Boosting the security system in an organization will promote employees’ motivation (Motivation from Title: The Role of Human Resources). Other than being safe, all the employees should be given equal rights to learn what is happening within their workplaces. Therefore, a safer communication system should be implemented to ensure that all the workers are well motivated and attend to their duties.
The organization needs to adopt a plan to ensure that all employees are given equal opportunities to advance their careers. Furthermore, apart from paying workers well, there is a dire need to outline a clear path that defines the development program that each employee should be subjected to. Implementing an effective, rewarding system is also an aspect that can motivate workers. All the workers within an organization should be given equal opportunities of being rewarded. In addition, the rewarding system should recognize all the departments within an organization to strike fairness among all the workers. Recognizing best-performing employees and rewarding them can motivate other employees to work harder. However, the system adopted has to be fair to everybody.
