The speech under study was delivered in 1941 as the State of the Union Address. Hence Roosevelt raised many problems since it was at this time that the Second World War began to become widespread. Despite the fact that the speech raised several problems, the central aspect that was more clearly reflected in the minds of people was the part about the freedoms of American residents.
