Social networks, commercial sites, and mobile apps give users unlimited choices. Attracting, keeping, and guiding attention constantly is vital. Moreover, people value time, and getting their attention in seconds is necessary. Video marketing is a tool that contributes to effective and quick promotion. However, the peculiarities of video creation are changing significantly with the latest trends. To understand current video features, I have watched a video by professors Nick Niehaus and Jeff Pfitzer titled How video in social media will change in the next 6 months.

Concepts Learnt from the Video

One of the most significant concepts of video that caught my eye was the new ways of creating content. In particular, the concept of Reels appeared recently and immediately became one of the most popular and effective content formats. The first significant advantage of Reels is its coverage and its recommendation feed. Reels, unlike stories, stay in the account forever and are a valuable marketing tool (Lab Coat Agents, 2021).

For numerous years, one has needed paid methods to promote on Instagram. At the same time, by using Reels, a real estate business can get a target audience through social media for free by giving recommendations to people not subscribed to it (Lab Coat Agents, 2021). Reels can be added to their coverage in the feed, and the stories multiply several times, leading to business success.

Moreover, I have learned that one needs videos to increase trust, confirm credibility, and build strong customer relationships. This format shows the company as transparent and honest as possible. Furthermore, video content on social media profiles provides high visibility. Equally important were the concepts of format, content, tools for dealing with TikTok and Instagram, and the specifics of creating content on these social platforms (Lab Coat Agents 2021).

Recommendations for Improvement

However, it would also be helpful to include more data concerning video promotion and the tricks that make it possible to promote video into trends. Video marketing is a valuable tool for businesses to promote products and services effectively. That is why it is vital to comprehend universal tools to set up video advertising on different channels.
