In terms of credibility and ethnicity of the article, there is a major flaw with the presented data. While the facts of the game’s release, such as the hardware requirements are presented accurately, the ethical considerations of the text are questionable. Seeing the presence of web links and advertisement in the text, a bias towards selling the game to its audience can be found, which in turn puts the credibility of this source into question. In particular, an affiliation with BestBuy should be noted, as the website notes that “This article may contain affiliate links” (Mills, 2021). Additionally, the work goes out of its way to make the purchase seem more presentable, noting that “Best Buy also provides its My Best Buy members with a free Christian Pulisic Funko Pop! figure which retails for $10.
