“US Election 2020: What Is the Electoral College?” by Moran

The article on BBC News (2020) narrates about the voting system in the United States, explains what the electoral college is, and why the major support from the population does not always influence the results of elections.

Regarding shortcomings, the article states all the states have a fair number of electors from each state. However, in the actual flow of events, not all the states agree with that.

The questions that appeared in my mind after reading the article were if the other systems are more efficient and if they are facing bureaucratical issues.
