Dogs make the best pets and are loved by people all around the world.
Dogs are guards that watch the house
- One of the most practical benefits of having a dog is that it will guard the house and the loved ones.
- Burglars are much less likely to break into the house if they hear or see a dog.
- Dogs bark whenever someone tries to enter their home, warning the intruder to back off.
Dogs keep their owners active
- Having a dog is good for health since it makes the owner move more.
- Getting the dog on a daily walk or going jogging with the pet can relieve stress.
- Walking with a dog for just 20 minutes a day can reduce the risk of heart disease by 8 percent (Arahori et al. 2017).
- Besides the fact that walking accompanied by a dog is more interesting, the general well-being and physical fitness of the owner improves.
Dogs make people feel less lonely
- Dogs like to be close to their owners and please them.
- Dogs can be the best companions to cuddle with, dine with, or go for a walk (Joy, 2020).
- Dogs are friends that will never betray.

By focusing on the positive attributes of dogs and their skills, I have proven that dogs make the best pets. Having a dog as a companion can be very beneficial to its owner and the whole family.
