Using tools such as emotional intelligence in strategies for managing workplace conflicts addresses their limitations and helps prevent them, and improves the relationship between leaders and employees.

This primary source is intended for team managers at the company and learners interested in this topic. Min published the content in PloS One in 2020, ensuring the source’s relevance. Scientific references in the work support the integrity of the facts provided. The information is divided into sections and presented in understandable language.
It is valuable to my topic because it discusses the role of a leader in conflict resolution. It also focuses on strategies that can help with this. It can be estimated at four since its limitation is the lack of time to collect information.
