Introduction
From a Biblical worldview perspective, the obligation to help others in education is to share genuine knowledge regardless of their traits. Proverbs 9:9 states: “Instruct the wise, and they will be wiser still; teach the righteous, and they will add to their learning” (BibleGateway, n.d). Thus the Bible expresses the need to help educate people regardless of their prior knowledge.

In the context of peer review, the Bible emphasizes the importance of listening to the instruction of others and the willingness to accept correction from experts (Raichur, 2021). The Bible’s emphasis on the importance of working collegially and considering the counsel of others in work is an indication of the importance of peer review as an element of helping others. Therefore, the Biblical worldview reveals the importance of peer review for learners and helpers. In general, the Bible demonstrates the obligation to help others with learning and peer review in the context of helping others and sharing the appropriate knowledge. The line between helping and judging others appears when the desire to correct others for their benefit changes to a desire to prove a personal opinion. The Bible instructs people to help others, including acquiring knowledge but directs them not to judge others. A Biblical worldview emphasizes the need to provide authentic learning for the education of others. In addition, from a Biblical perspective, those who judge others have the same deficiencies they point to (Carruth, 2022). In this regard, the purpose of proper help focuses on acquiring knowledge rather than simply pointing out the mistakes of others.
Conclusion
Thus, corrections concentrating only on indicating others’ errors do not constitute help. In general, the Bible promotes actual knowledge and cautions against outright condemnation, allowing one to define the criteria for distinguishing between real help and judgment.
