Throughout the curriculum, teachers can use technology to complement lessons and make them more appealing to students. However, there are a range of challenges that can impede technology implementation, such a lack of teacher training or resistance to technology due to its seeming difficulty (Lawrence & Tar, 2018). To increase the acceptance of technology, it is important to promote teacher training to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge. While teaching is a personal work, educators should be given a choice to select those technologies that fit their teaching strategies, so that their attitudes and perceptions would not be discouraging. Another strategy refers to a proper organization of technology implementation, which can be achieved via specific milestones and schedule. In addition, it is critical to provide adequate administrative support for educational software.
In the educational setting, teachers also need to log their lessons and the progress of students, which is supplemented by the need to involve students in the process of learning. One of the fundamental strategies is to explain to students that they can explore the relationships across science, society, and development by means of technology. In other words, they should be given some vivid examples of how technology can benefit their experience and learning progress. The design of an effective and diverse environment also contributes to a more successful technology application since students value the opportunity to choose (Johnson et al., 2016). The assessment of student knowledge and skills through technology is another method to improve their productivity. It is also important to take into account ethical, social, and human issues that surround technology use in the classroom. In particular, diversity, equality, fairness, and openness principles should be applied to enhance teaching, learning, and administration while introducing technology.
