Network Solution for a Small Office

A robust and reliable network in the company is crucial for most operations. Currently, most telecommunications services are provided through highly specialized networks that are independent of each other. However, modern digital signal processing methods provide the possibility of convergence of information flows by converting all of their types into a single stream with the possibility of its transmission over a single network. Simultaneously, providing users with a wide range of modern communication services requires the creation of broadband access networks, often constrained by the need to lay new cables. Broadband Networks are recommended because the office is small and the financial status does not allow infrastructure building. The broadband wireless network is a simplified internet access network faster than traditional dial-up networks (Briglauer & Cambini, 2019). One of the practical solutions to this problem is using broadband access systems, Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) (Palmer et al., 2021). Therefore, along with the laying of new wires, new broadband communication technologies should be developed at higher speeds for existing subscriber channels.

Benefits of Using Broadband Network

The potential benefits of Broadband access are enormous – in fact, the network can be deployed anywhere where there is electricity. But this technology is desirable for small offices. Its success would mean a revolutionary breakthrough in solving the “last mile” problem without new wires and the use of radio frequencies. In offices, this technology could become one of the simplest ways to provide accessibility and usability through the Internet (Palmer et al., 2021). The broadband Network is wireless and fits the freelancers who come into the office. Broadband wireless accesses networks with integrated services, including district, urban, and rural multiservice networks. Additionally, the suggested network can facilitate access to Wi-Fi, WiMAX, MESH, TDM, TDMA, LTE, LMDS, MMDS, MVDS, and MWS networks (Humphreys, 2019). Broadband is reliable in providing telecommunications services immediately in the coverage area, the dimensions determined by the radio frequency range and the technical characteristics of specific equipment.

The Broadband network is crucial due to its quick installation of subscriber equipment, regardless of its location in the coverage area. Providing high-speed Internet access according to the scheme with an interactive radio interface or using an alternative reverse channel, for example, the PSTN makes it very efficient for the office. It can implement two-way data exchange. Dynamic bandwidth reservation may depend on the subscriber’s request (Palmer et al., 2021). The ability to integrate all types of services at users’ request and the system’s fundamental openness for territorial functional and service building makes it best for the office.

Broadband Network has physical benefits that make them very efficient for the current office settings. Fast installation of subscriber equipment of the system, regardless of its position within the coverage area, and guaranteed high quality of service in the coverage area. The office’s main task is connecting to beta servers, exchanging files, and accessing the internet, which is highly favored by the broadband network (El-Saleh et al., 2022). The broadband system operator incurs insignificant costs with an increase in the number of subscribers in the zone of reliable coverage (El-Saleh et al., 2022). Ease of network reconfiguration for an office user and the freelancers in the sector’s coverage area without additional costs for laying a fixed communication line (Palmer et al., 2021). The phased introduction of new sectors and base stations is not limited and does not affect the operation of previously installed ones with appropriate frequency planning.

The network is necessary for connecting offices of corporate networks that are not too distant from each other and accelerating Internet access. The development of microelectronics has made it possible to develop equipment for sealing connections transmitted over web servers and for the joint transmission of data over one device pair (Whitacre & Gallardo, 2020). A network with experience in the broadband plan market, among other solutions for corporate communication via the web. Providing different options for different profiles of entrepreneurs and businesses, ranging from micro-enterprises to larger companies (Whitacre & Gallardo, 2020). The broadband in the company has a good internet connection, especially regarding business. Lousy internet in the company can often cause severe problems in some sectors (Briglauer & Cambini, 2019). One of them is when sending and receiving data, especially if the office needs to issue electronic information.

Summary

In conclusion, creating an information and telecommunications infrastructure based on broadband access networks, including wireless ones, is the basis for creating a multiservice telecommunications network. Wireless broadband access networks require the allocation of a radio frequency resource sufficient to provide all types of telecommunications services. Accordingly, BWA equipment uses radio frequencies ranging from 2 to 60 GHz. The main goal of deploying networks based on BWA systems is to offer cost-effective solutions for creating broadband access networks to deliver communication services. They can be designed to work both in single-sided and double-sided interactive modes.
