My company is Master Designs, and my product is spray painting. I offer various spray painting services, including home decorations, house painting, office painting, and other related services.

SWOT analysis

Strengths

  • Uniqueness: I offer unique services based on creativity and technology to the customer’s satisfaction. I use compressor machines to mix different paints into the desirable customer’s color. This makes my products stand out and unique in the market.
  • Customer-centered: My main aim is to satisfy customers by meeting their expectations. Customer satisfaction is an essential element that creates loyalty and a positive image. I prioritize offering quality services to achieve customer satisfaction at a considerably affordable price. Flexible Working Hours: I can work at any time according to the client’s schedule. Customers can negotiate their preferred time that they wish to be attended to. This includes working on weekends and holidays.

Weaknesses

  • Independence: I prefer working alone to avoid conflict of ideas and standards with other working partners. I lack teamwork skills and the ability to cooperate with others.
  • Tight Schedules: Working under tight schedules has proved a challenge for me. I prefer working within a considerable deadline to produce quality services. I am a perfectionist and therefore tend to take a lot of time to design and prepare the final product.
  • Lack of Capital: Being customer-centered has made the generation of significant profits a challenge. Therefore, I lack enough capital to invest in technology and other areas necessary for producing quality services.

Opportunities

  • Social Media: Social media has made it easier to advertise my services and reach a broader market. I can post my work online and attract potential customers who are satisfied with the quality of my services.
  • Growing Demand: There has been a growing demand for painting services, mainly due to increased construction of new buildings and renovation of new ones. The younger generation is also obsessed with decorations and graffiti, increasing the demand for spray painting services.

Threats

  • Stiff Competition: There is an increased competition by upcoming companies that have ventured into the business due to increased demand. Most of these companies are well-equipped with high technology equipment that makes their operations efficient.
  • Low Prices: Due to the availability of several spray painting companies, customers have been settling for the cheapest companies making it hard to operate with a different market price. The market is flooding to the advantage of clients who have a wide range of options.

My competitive advantage is flexible working hours, including working on weekends and during holidays. My services are based on talent and skills that make my work outstanding and unique in the market. I also offer quality services at affordable prices that are friendly to the customer’s budget.

Objective

My first objective is to establish a recognized brand associated with quality spray painting services that target private clients and renovation companies. Secondly, I want to expand my services by training other ten people to form a competent team that will be able to work and deliver quality services within tight schedules and effectively serve all the customers.

Market Mix

  • Product: I offer spray painting services, including home decorations, interior and exterior house painting, and office painting.
  • Place: I offer my services in person within Fountain Hills, Florence and the surrounding environs.
  • Promotion: I use social media for advertising my services by posting the buildings that I have painted and the customer reviews. I also use posters that contain my finest works for potential customers to reach me.
  • Price: I offer my services at an asking price of $1,600. However, we can negotiate with the customer depending on the size of the room. Other costs include material costs that depend on the paint brand, transport, and any additional associated fees during work.
