Some of the key functions of leadership in SP encompass understanding the context, comprehending the involved stakeholders including the respective leader, sponsoring the process, facilitating the procedure and enforcing norms, settling possible conflicts, and managing conflicts. Effective execution of the mentioned leadership roles will allow the organizational management to meet the set long-term goals thus achieving the vision of the business entity.
